A variety that produces shapely, even and firm and therefore high-storageable onions with good health. In extreme situations, it can be sown as late as the 5th of May if sieving is necessary. It then allows a full-fledged crop to be achieved, slightly deviating from the standard sowing date. It owes this to its very rapid initial growth and low sensitivity to day length.
